1. General information

1.1. The controller of your personal data is Nado Steel sp. z o.o. sp. k., with its registered office at 62-040 Puszczykowo, ul. The period of storage and processing of personal data by Nado Steel depends on the purpose of provision. Nado Steel may process personal data for the following periods:

3.3. to provide information about its activity: until the agreement is terminated or expires or until consent is withdrawn,
3.4. to perform agreements with service providers and suppliers of Nado Steel: until claims under such agreements become time-barred,
3.5. to protect itself against claims connected with its activity: until such claims become time-barred,
3.6. to conduct recruitment processes: until consent given separately in the recruitment process expires,
3.7. to fulfil legal obligations to which Nado Steel is subject: until obligations arising from the provisions of law expire.
